Safety sensorsVarious sensors to avoid danger

Our car wash machine has many sensors for overall safety.
The 4 major sensors are shown below.

Front Inside sensor

When the pole is touched by cars parked signiﬁcantly oﬀ-center to one side or with unfolded door mirrors, the sensor detects this and operation is stopped.Drive-through : Included

Rear Inside sensor

When people come near the car during the car washing process and touch the pole, the sensor detects this and operation is stopped.Drive-through : Included

Corner sensor

Cables at the 4 corners of the machine detect contact with obstacles in the machine working area and operation is stopped.Drive-through : Included
Non-Drive-through : Option

Back sensor

The sensor detects if there are any cars or people to the rear of machine when the machine moves back to its starting position.
If an obstacle is detected, the machine automatically stops and automatically moves again when the obstacle moves out from the detecting area.Drive-through : Included

Emergency stop

Car wash machine stops its movement when Emergency Stop Button is pressed.Drive-through : Included
